Hello,

in no particular order, the motivation raises with :
- sleeping in 5* hotels & travel in 1st class
- having enough money for leisure
- reaching semifinals or better
- taking holidays ( = long week-end), but not too much (do it at the start or end of the week, so it'll make 2 full days, ie: first or last 12 hours of the 42)
- playing tournament often enough
- playing tournament with coach & team
- winning a grand slam gives you a big boost (ie: +30%)

Your motivation is very low (~33%) while you just have won a Grand Slam. Did you notice if you got a tournament boost when you won the title ?

Else, you can try this as well :
- rest 18 hours instead of 12 every 5 or 6 weeks
- practice with another player at least a couple hours per week

I checked and actually the boost was 15% instead of 30% on a non-favorite surface. For the next update, I changed it to 22.5% in that case, so it should be more noticeable.

If you win a big tournament and you don't notice it, send me a saved game before the final match is played and I'll check it.

So it seems to be a little better with a new player in a new career.

But if I play not for 2 consecutive weeks or lose early the motivation gets floating. Like back on low. Even a grand slam win gives just a little boost on medium for a very short time.

Also I give her breaks every week 12 hours and tried different things.

:( maybe I’m stupid

Ouch, I found a bug !

Your motivation was lowering instead of raising when you were traveling with 4 team members or more.

It's fixed in today's build, thanks to your report !
