After having slowly built up a decent reputation, percentage point by percentage point, i log on today to find out that i'm now somehow at -24%, despite having not played a game since i last quit at +13%!

seriously, what the heck is going on here? Now i'm finding it much harder to get people to actually play with me, despite having done literally nothing wrong in any of the game i've played so far
