I was playing against player called "anastasova" and he was a lagger, serving from the corners and insulting me and my family, while i was doing nothing, even great him. Is there a way to block him please?

Hello,

you can ban him only for the current session, at end of the match. You can also vote him down so his reputation will go down and then avoid people with low reputation.
