[A Player]

I have been given bad reputation from a few players (who have suspiciously "very good" reputation themselves and moderately high ELO for ITST) who can't handle losses. I never give people bad reputation unless they say something offensive. Seeing that the reputation system is being exploited and abused by sore losers and is no longer suitable for its intended purpose, I strongly suggest its removal from the game.

People do abuse the system sometimes, giving bad rep when they lose despite the opponent doing nothing wrong, but in general I think it serves it's purpose quite well and wouldn't want to see it removed. Enough people use it properly and give good rep after fair matches that I manage to stay with at least "Good" rep overall despite being over 1800 ELO and often handing out heavy defeats to players at <1400 or so.

I think if you get bad rep consistently enough to put yourself into "Bad" territory, you must be doing something untoward and can't just attribute it to "bad losers".

Not saying that rep system is perfect, but it works pretty well at giving you an idea of what to expect when playing "a player". The biggest draw back is that the players that win a lot and are in 2500-3000 ELO will usually have a Neutral (maybe good) feedback because, well, lets face it, people hate losing and one way to get back at the winner is to Bad Rep him - so that's what they do. But these people usually are Neutral or below themselves.

The scenario you put forth however is highly unlikely. Very Good feedback is VERY hard to maintain at 2000+ ELO. What you are saying is that you win Fair and Square and they are Bad Repping you. And that these guys use ITST mod. I find it extremely hard to believe. What likely happens is that your gameplay/style is the cause of bad repping. Considering you not naming any names and concealing your own identity - it is hard to take this posts seriously.

If you want to do this in private - please contact me, we will discuss who are these Very Good rep people who bad rep you, we do not tolerate such behavior at ITST and I would be glad to address it.

So I checked and djarvik gave you bad rep... Somehow, I strongly doubt he did it just because he lost, so you'll have to go to bark to another tree...

Aide thanks for the bad reputation but the most important thing was =>it was a very very fair match.
Why giving 'bad reputation' if you losing a match?

Manu, do something about it you are old enough to know what I mean with those frustrated 'kids' that playing.
Had 36% and played 2 matches and yes 2 times bad repu and down to 20 % and become neutral.

This has nothing to do anymore about 'gaming' and ther must be another rule found Manu for this.
Because you join players based on reputation.

I want to warn players that play against Sale87.
He is ELO around 2520 and ok he is very good but if he loses his match (a fair one against me) then he gives always but really always a bad reputation to everyone.
But the most important thing is that it was a very fair match!

I call up every player to report those players they have the intention to make your reputation score smackdown.

This players belong in the category 'bad behaviour' and nothing else.

I played with Br0ger and I won 6/1 and match was ok, i did nothing wrong, I even congratulated him after good point once, and at the end he gave me bad reputation probably cos he has bigger elo than me and he lost a lot elo points and he gave me bad reputation due to that. Players like him are so annoying and he has good reputation cos he plays normal and players probably don't notice that he gives bad reputations, I didn't give him any reputation.

Well I have a trick for that ,you can see if a player gives you a 'bad reputation'!
I figured it out some way and if I get a 'bad reputation' I can see that...but if I tell that Manu will change the settings of the game maybe hihi...

U just open again tennis elbow and u get second tab and u go there and see what player gave u, if u think on that, I think probably players who are longer here know that. Do you maybe have easier way?
