I was wondering: is there any kind of rule about using offensive names in online play? I have an example here that belittled my favorite player:

lol, I think that this guy should get a nice punishment, anyway if u say that word in my country u are in shiiittttttttttttt, so I learn since I was born to never use that word in front of people and more in front of concern ppl (no offense)

unfortunately, there's nothing much I can do, coz if I start to banish some words, people could replace some letters to bypass the protection (ie: replace i by l, or stuff like that).

Although, if it's someone who has the full version (instead of the demo in this case), it could be possible to ban him temporally...
