high ping influencing volleyers jump

Postby Blacky » 22 Aug 2008, 20:46

I would like to know...in what percent does High ping (lets say 300) has influence on will volleyer jump or not

Because I saw that when ball moves slow volleyer dosen't want to jump...and that slow I don't mean some slow shot but globally slow...like with high ping

and we all know that game play with ping above 300 is much slower, than with ping below 100

And one more thing...On some shots ball is cruising very near the volleyer but he dosen't want to jump...why is that?

I play with volleyer for a long long time...and I'm really good with him...but sometimes I just don't get why he doesn't want to jump.

All this is concerning on-line play

Hello,

ping has no direct influence on the volley jump at all.
But it probably has some indirect influence : as for the strikes, if you press the buttons too late, you won't jump.

If the ball is very near, your player won't jump coz the game thinks should be able to move by urself in the correct position.
