Every time I want to play on-line, it takes hours to find a game that is possible to join, without getting the messege "your ping is too high..." (btw usually my ping avarage is 260 or less, so i don't know why i get this messege all the time), or "this game didn't answer". And when I host a game, I have to wait for AT LEAST 15-20 minutes until someone joins it. So, i would like to know if there is an easy and quick way to find someone to play against me on-line

I also want to know what do i have to do in order to increase or decrease the max ping allowed to join my game.

Turn on advanced options and then you'll see maxping in hosting screen, where you change the settings.

it depends if there are a lot of South American players online or not, and at what time they are the most likely be playing, coz you're too far from Europe to play with most European (except if they raised their maxping), and there are not too much North American players either (but there are a few around 03:00-05:00 GMT), but in all cases, you need to have a good Internet connection to get a low ping...
