Force "Court.jpg" to refresh when exit court ?

As I'm making many 2D courts, it would be useful to force "Court.jpg" to be refreshed when enter / exit the court in exhibition, without having to quit / relaunch the game. Is there a way to do that ? Thanks !

load another Stadium and then come back to the 1st one.
