here's the Commentary SDK : https://www.managames.com/download.php? ... SDK_v1.zip .

You put your sound files in "Mods\MySuperMod\Commentaries\Sounds\" as .ogg or .mp3 .

Then you edit or add comments in "TE4-ModdingSDK.zip\Specifics\Commentaries\General.txt".

It's a tab-delimited file (you should import it in Excel) :
- 1st column = sound file name (without its extension)
- last column (or near it) = formula that you'll have great trouble creating by yourself (more info => topic15-34390.php )
- other columns : hopefully, their use is easy to guess

If you just want to change a commentary, look in General.txt : the 1st column is the file name for the commentary. eg: Exc-S-001 .
So you can put a file like this to replace it : Mods\MySuperMod\Commentaries\Sounds\Exc-S-001.ogg

Hi Manu.

I was trying to find the actual .ogg files with Darren commentaries but I'm not being able to.
I searched in the xkt mod folder and also in my own tennis elbow 4 folder with no luck.

Where are located the audio files?

the audio files are not provided because there are not needed to create your own.
What would you like to do with them ?

So I think I misunderstood the thing. My plan was testing new commentaries and I thought I needed to replace the audio files for new ones.

So in order to do that should I just put the files with the same names that appears on "general.txt" file in Mods\MySuperMod\Commentaries\Sounds\Exc-S-001.ogg and it automatically replaces the original?

yes, just put the same-named audio files in the correct folder and you'll be all good.
They can be .mp3 or .ogg, it'll work.
