v1.1 has already addressed all the criteria and feedback suggested by ManuToo. So the concern you addressed earlier no longer applies to the current build. Please make sure you are looking at the correct version before you post anything.

hey guys,
when you read the text sent by manutoo from the ATP and the WTA, it specifies that it is not possible to use their logo in the mods when transferring videos or even photos on public sites like youtube and forums.
after the official scoreboards of the ATP or the WTA are still put with the mods of TE2013, even the very recent ones, then I do not see why we would pose a problem to manutoo if we used the logos of the ATP or WTA in the scoreboards on TE4, it is up to the person who will install the patch to be careful in the future when they make videos on youtube or even screens on the forum. after we can leave the scoreboard as in the photo sent by XK (ATP500), with the ATP logo and the small logo of the modding team as it is in the screens while leaving the ATP or WTA logo in the scoreboards.

Warning by this message I simply say my opinion and do not want to start a controversy on the subject of the ATP or WTA logos...

I'm not talking for Manu, just giving my opinion
I reckon Manu doesn't want to get in trouble in any way, which I can fully understand.
Maybe what you guys wrote above is right in terms of policy, but maybe not and I think Manu wouldn't want to get warned once again by the ATP lawyer.
So if it's just a matter of aestethics, a logo or stuff like that ... maybe it's not worth getting Manu and/or the modders in trouble.
My opinion is : That's only a logo guys, nothing that could even prevent us from enjoying the game and the mods. But getting Manu into trouble could.

For me, the main thing is to avoid videos being banned from Youtube : it's bad for the channel owner (IIRC, after 3 removed videos, the channel is deleted), and it's also bad for the game exposure. So it's important to avoid showing any ATP/WTA stuff so the videos will stay up.

Options to implement ATP original logo:

OPTION1
Make an extra patch to enable the ATP original logo

I mean, It builds the scoreboards without logo and after each user install the extra patch to enable the ATP original logo, or this would be much work to make?


OPTION2
Make the scoreboards with ATP original logo but share the patch in private way to all users.
