Hi, i'm back after many time, i wanna play again but i 'm a little lost, because i installed the game then it appears this





when i try to play after i'm go to choose the player and there are not currrent players, i only see old players, i imagine that happen because is not installed the xkt patch

I need to know how i must to install the xkt patch correctly, if it's possible step by step please, because a long time ago that i don´t play this great tennis game

please i hope you can help me

Just a random question: I know that you've done plenty of good job with the mod, but there's still one type of animation missing: idle. Like the unique one Federer has. When will there be more of them available like back in TE2013 days?

I finally could run the game without problems, but how could I choose a specific player to play in mod "World Circuit"








In the second image you can see that I type this player but it's not showed in the list, but it's present in "Players.ATP.ini" file

Then my question is how can make this player eligible in the world circuit

There's a fairly significant issue in XKT if you want to continue with the current generation into fictional years. At least 500 players (including players of all ages, most of whom are still active in real life) retire in 2023. As the LastYear for the Players.ATP.ini in XKT is 2024, these players don't regenerate. This means that the number of players on the Pro Tour plummets in 2023. This impacts player entries to tournaments, meaning the top players play nearly every week and many qualifying tournaments are left empty or only part full, as there aren't enough players to fill the number of tournaments in the calendar.

This isn't an issue with the base game, as the LastYear for that is 2022. I think when the LastYear was updated to 2024 for XKT, a large number of players weren't given updated rankings to take them through to 2024, meaning they all retire early.

I know it's easy enough to fix this myself, by either changing the LastYear or updating the RankPerYear for the early retirees, but thought I'd let you know in case you also want to update this in the patch.

It looks like the latest XKT update has switched the LastYear in the Players file back to 2022, which has fixed this issue.

I comment to you that I built courts in the past but now i can't find the way how to do, I think they have changed the way or format. The way how It's explained in the forum is already not updated, it's for this that I need somebody that can within of the possible help me, now I know that everybody are busy but please i need your help

How is it possible that nobody can even give some tips to create courts that's what I have asked, because the way to create has changed. I don't believe that nobody here don't know maybe it's only zero empathy, since they already know, they're not interested in explaining or spending time with another person.

If you have a court done, you can configure it to appear in any tournament you want. You'll need to modify the tournament in Tour.ATP.Ini. One I have here, for example, is the Cary Challenger.

In Tour.ATP.Ini, the initial lines (of the tournament) are these:

Stadium = Cary Challenger

Stadium is the name of the folder where the court image is located. Remember to put this folder in XKT > Courts > Stadiums. In surface I just put an existing one that minimally resembles the one I'm going to play on, i think it affects the physics and stuff, but I'm not sure.

I WROTE WHAT YOU MENTIONED ME, AFTER I WAS TO TRAINING CLUB AND TO CHOOSE COURTS WHERE SHOULD HAVE APPEARED THE COURT'S LOGO AND NOTHING WORKED

I SEE EVERYTHING IS MORE COMPLICATED TO ADD A CUSTOM COURT NOW, BEFORE IT WASN'T SO HARD TO ADD COURTS, I DON'T WHY PUT MORE COMPLEX THE THINGS, THE IDEA IS TO MAKE THINGS EASIER

Quick question, I noticed with the XKT mod installed that the 40+ players in the training club and their counterparts when you load them from the World tour don't have the same stats. Should I rather use the ones from the training club or the ones from the world tour for more realism?

For realism while playing cpu tour players may be better, but if you want to play online the best is to use any of the players that start with 00. So that's your choice, for online 00 players and for "realism" (which is subjective btw) you can use the load tour player button and use those ones
