Here is a tutorial to explain how to integrate Grunts on TE4.
I could not speak but I will detail you below in writing.

Explanations :
Step 1 : Launch TE4, go to "Settings/Profiles" then at the bottom left, you have two folder logos.
You click on the left one "Open the data folders"
A page opens, you go to "Mods" then "ALEKS MOD".
The name of the folder is the one you chose it has no impact on the rest of the video, I could have named it "TENNIS" it wouldn't have changed anything.
As Manu explained on the SDK tutorial, you choose the name you want.
Step 2 : Once you enter this "ALEKS MOD" folder (for me), you go to the "Sounds" folder.
If you do not have this folder you will need to create it.
Once the "Sounds" folder is created, you must create a "Grunt-Male_" folder
For my part, I created a "Grunt-Male_" folder (name of the player then [By ALEKS MOD]) to find my way around my files more easily, ahaha question of organization.
Once the folder is created, you inject the grunts files you want in the folder then rename them as I did, so "Grunt1" for the first one and so on depending on the number of Grunts you injected into it.
Step 3 :
Create a "Sound.ini" file then add the following values :
[SoundFxAc]
Grunt = Grunt1, Grunt2, Grunt3
If you have more than 3 Grunts, you just have to continue after the "Grunt3" etc...
Then save and close the file.
Step 4 : Open TE4 then enjoy !

Explications :
Etape 1 : Lancer TE4, se rendre sur "Paramètres/Profiles" puis en bas à gauche, vous avez deux logos dossiers.
Vous cliquez sur celui de gauches "Ouvir le dossiers des datas"
Une page s'ouvre, vous allez dans "Mods" puis "ALEKS MOD".
Le nom du dossier est celui que vous avez choisi ça n'a aucun impact sur le reste de la vidéo, j'aurai pu le nommer "TENNIS" cela n'aurai rien changé.
Comme l'a expliqué Manu sur le tuto SDK vous choisissez le nom que vous désirez.
Etape 2 : Une fois rentrer dans ce dossier "ALEKS MOD" (pour moi), vous allez dans le dossier "Sounds".
Si vous n'avez pas ce dossier il vous faudra le créer.
Une fois le dossier "Sounds" crée, vous devez créer un dossier "Grunt-Male_"
Pour ma part j'ai crée un dossier "Grunt-Male_"(nom du joueur puis [By ALEKS MOD]) pour me repérer plus facilement sur mes dossiers, question d'oganisation ahaha.
Une fois le dossier crée, vous y injécter les fichiers grunts que vous souhaitez dans le dossier puis les renommer comme je l'ai fait, donc "Grunt1" pour le premier et ainsi de suite selon le nombre de Grunts que vous y avez injectés.
Etape 3 :
Créer un fichier "Sound.ini" puis ajouter les valeurs suivantes :
[SoundFxAc]
Grunt = Grunt1, Grunt2, Grunt3
Si vous avez + de 3 Grunts, il vous suffira juste de continuer après le "Grunt3" etc...
Ensuite vous enregistrer et fermer le fichier.
Etape 4 : Ouvir TE4 puis profitez !

J'ai essayé avec l'usage "youtube" du forum mais la vidéo ne fonctionne pas il me dise qu'il y a une erreur.
