A TUTORIAL for TE ?

Postby Marcos Nion » 28 Aug 2012, 21:39

Well Manutoo, I've been playing this game for quite some time now (5 months is a lot of time :) :) ), but unfortunately I didn't learn anything... :( ... So I was thinking, it's always better when a game has a tutorial to guide you... On a tennis game it would teach how to move yourself, how to serve, etc. :) :) ... What do u think manutoo, it is a great idea, especially for players who have difficulties to play like me... Think about it... Thanks

Hello,

if after 5 months you still can't move & serve, you have a big problem, and a tutorial won't solve it...
TE gameplay basics are pretty simple & don't require a tutorial ; and advanced topics can't be explained in a tutorial when you just started to play, coz you need several hours before to reach the point where you start to be able to use them...

And how do you actually think I could learn how to move, for example ?  Using the warm-up ? Maybe the only problem I have is a real difficulty to play   , but if a game which I have difficulty doesn't have a tutorial to guide me with the basics, this is the game's problem, not mine ...

P.S: Please tell me what can I do it's like impossible to play this game...

Marcos Nion,
you're asking more about positioning than moving, right ?
To position yourself to hit the ball, it's easy, just look at the Danger Zone green parts.
To position yourself when you wait your opponent hit, it's more tricky, but it's more or less same than in real tennis. The basic idea is to stand in the middle of the possible zone your opponent can send the ball. Often, it means standing near the middle of the court. Look the CPU how he does it & try to copy him.
And yup, the warm up is a good place to try & learn many stuff.

Oh Manu thanks a lot... :) ... It's not like I didn't learn anything, it's just because I used to make a lot of unforced errors on the tour matches... Hope the preview will help me... Thanks, and I love this game a lot, keep making more people get addicted to it each day... Thanks... :) :)
