I can never get more than 1200 EXP on my characters on World Tour play. Is there a way to have a character with even better stats?
What is the way to maximize training EXP for World Tour play?

the maximum depends of the difficulty level you have chosen.
If you want, you can modify the experience earning ratio. Read here for details :
