New computer, same license key?

My old PC (which the one I used to play TE) doesn't work anymore, can I have the same license key that I used in my old PC to my new laptop?

just install your Key in your new PC and it'll be alright.

I cannot locate my license key after having to reinstall windows. Is there anyone I can try to verify information with to acquire my key
