I want to buy the game but I am afraid because I dont know when the next Tennis Elbow is going to release.Because I by the game and in next 2-3 months next Tennis Elbow is released and I cant play with my Tennis Elbow online.

it's very unlikely we will have a TE2013 this year ; maybe next year, though. (I'm working on another kind of game right now
