I was wondering what i have to do to change some lines that are in english to put 'em in spanish

if you just want Spanish in-game, launch "Start -> Programs -> Tennis Elbow 2011 -> Configuration" and select Spanish language.
If you added some sentences in the game, and you want to translate them look there :
