Any time I load up world tour mode, two out of the three characters are losing their appearance changes/groundstroke/animations.

It's not letting me post my images due to being a new member.

I have no idea what's going on, but maybe try saving their Outfit code to restore their correct appearance quickly.

Apparently, it resets to the 1st anim for each strike. Sorry, I still have no idea what's going on...
