This is unbelievable, everything was fine and I bought the game along with the key for all the players and the ITST Mod and all and was able to play, but when instructed to update the game, I did it and trying to install the patch into the game resulted in me losing files and not being able to open the game at all, tried reinstalling and everything and lost everything, Thanks for stealing my money.

what files did you lose ? With the ITST Mod, you cannot play in the World Tour, so it shouldn't have saved games. Did you save some modified players in the Training Club ?

Anyway, try to reinstall the game + your Key + the Mod in "C:\Tennis Elbow 2013\" instead of "C:\Program Files (x86)\Tennis Elbow 2013\", it should work.
