I checked another AO Draw and this time I got 0 ret., so it's very strange you get 7 per tournament. Are you playing with a Mod ? If so, I guess changing the player rankings or strength may change the retirement rate.

You can try to change the TopPresence in the Category.ini .

In TE4, you have a TopTopPresence & a TopTopRanking that let you reffine that.

It doesn't help, Federer, Nadal, Raonic, Tim, play about 6-8 tournaments in the 2021 season, even with Top Presence 1.0, so it can't be fixed?

Maybe it's coz they are too old. You could try to change their birth year to make them younger.
