Guys, can someone help me? I bought the game TE2013 and I played like 3000 matches with my account Shoulderpova, but something happened and I am new player. Like I went to play online and I am on ELO 1000 and 0 matches. What happened???

Hello,

if you just installed a Mod that contains the file "Profiles\Mana.Dat", it might have reset your online account. Else it's a bug.

I didn´t install anything. So it stays like this now??? I spend 6 years playing online, only to lose it all?

I just restored your number of games & ELO ; I'm not sure it'll work or not. If it's not ok, then you should delete Mana.Dat and then not play till I update again your online data.

Next time you notice you're back at 1000 ELO, do not play. Instead restart the game and tell me if your ELO is restored or still at 1000.

This time, did you see exactly 1000 ELO when launching the game ? Or did you see 1013 ELO after having played a match ?

Sorry, I did not see you answer and I played. Now I am back around 1000. It happens almost each time I start the game.

I set back your ELO to 2000.

Every time you launch the game, check carefully if you're at 1000 ELO and if yes, then restart the game to see if you're at 1000 ELO again or not.

I restored your ELO again.

Try to install the game in "C:\Tennis Elbow 2013\" instead of "C:\Program Files (x86)\Tennis Elbow 2013\", in case there's some strange issue with the Windows virtual store.
