On the survey to upgrade to TE2011, it asks for my customer ID for TE2009 :S

If someone could tell me what that is and where I can find mine, I'd be immensly grateful

in your customer's key e-mail, after way 1 and 2 to install the key it says, on bold "your customer's ID is: '...'"
that code's what you need to fill in that form
