is there any reliable way how to extract/get exact same camera angle (1:1) from 2d court and copy/transfer it for 3d court ?

Maybe you could use the values from court.ini and transfer them to 3d? I am not sure how you would go about it but maybe you can try that.

no, it's not possible ; you can do only the opposite (3D cam -> Court.ini cam).
