Hello Manu,
I have STEAM version of TE is it possible to have a Mana version without having to buy the game again? It would be easier and more convenient as I would be able to install mods easier when changing what mod I would like to play...

no, sorry, it's not possible, but you can install several Mods together and select which one you want to play ; everything is explained here :
