Hello Manutoo or anyone else who can help.
How can I change the default start of career age? I'm limited to 18 years old, and I want to start at a younger age like 14. Where is this held in the files? I've looked in all the folders and can't find the code for it.

You can start as a 14-year old Junior in TEM2 & TE4.
