Has anyone been able to retrieve permanent deleted DMO's as I have attempted using RECUVA however once recovered it does not recognise it as one.

I use
https://www.glarysoft.com/glary-undelete/ , but it's not a sure shot, it depends on the use of the HD after the file has been deleted.
