When playing online, when the server is moved all the way to the end of the court, and hits a wide slice serve, I cannot do anything to defend it. Is this bugged, or do I just need to become better at the game?

Hello,

if you play with the 3D court, it's actually easier to do a winning return from such wide serve, because it opens a lot the court on the cross side, while still giving space down the line. So it's mostly a matter of seeing well the ball (and/or the Danger Zone) to position yourself correctly.

However, if you play with the 2D court, your player might get off-screen, and in such case, it's a huge penalty. That's why it's forbidden to do such services during Online Tournament matches.
