Not the first time it happens but it's very frustrating and annoying. A player joined me and there was something wrong so the game froze and I couldn't close it any other way than via Task Manager after which I saw I lost 35+ ELO. At another occasion, an opponent retired on 1:1 due to lags and I got the penalty which was absolutely stupid. The game seems very glitched and behaves randomly.
