Hello friends. I got a new setup that can handle 144 FPS with G-Sync. I followed the guide that to make the most out of G-Sync I activated V-Sync on the control panel but not in game. However it is also required that I cap the FPS at 3 below my refresh rate, which is 141. Anyway of doing this? Screen tearing still happens with normal G-Sync on and without V-Sync, and as we know it V-Sync alone usually adds input lag. Is it possible to cap the frames at 141 to get the best outcome?

add this line in your Tennis.ini (or your Profile's .ini if you have created one), under [3dEngine] :
MaxFps = 141
