Hello,
if you install the latest version over your current version, and you didn't do any modifications, and you re-select your custom Profile if you created one, then it should be ok.
If not, you can send me your "System.log", I'll have a look at it.
By default, your Saved Games are in : "C:\Program Files\Tennis Elbow 2009\Profiles" .
