I am playing in season mode and i am ranked 155, but two times i was not
able to enter a qualifying tournament of Roland Garros and Wimbledon.

When i selected the tournament nothing happened and i had the option
to choose a tournament the week after.

Why is it that? I do not think that the ranking is too low.

Either your ranking really is too low, or you have "Ask for qualifying" on the bottom right of the calendar screen turned off. If it is turned on, the game should ask you if you are willing to enter the qualy draw.
