What is the best % of counter skill for Power Baseliner? Is counter skill somehow important for this type of player? I never know, how much % to set on this skill for Power Baseliner. Is it better to have 0% or full 100%? Thanks

I did not understand this bit "... but the slow incoming balls are also a bit less easy for you." Does this mean that lower counter skill makes slow incoming balls easier?

Yes, but usually slow balls have low difficulty, so it's not a huge help...
