@About the drop-shot :
I should have said that at 1st ==> the more far u have from the baseline, the more loopy ur dropshot will be. Ideally, u should be 1 meter inside the baseline (or closer), when doing your drop-shot.
When u stand far from the baseline, the drop-shot might be quite loopy, but not all the time, it's a bit random...

@Leena :
I think I didn't change the serve speed... (except mistake :unsure: )

I don't know what's wrong the desyncs... Personally, I got many during my 1st matches (including 1 with u if i recall well), but it was coz I installed the game over an old Beta version and thus there was an old file that corrupted the game... :?
Once I deleted it, I didn't have too much desync anymore, just a couple per set at worst...

@Santiago92 :
I think it should still possible to hit winner out of the 1H-BH...
Do other people have trouble with it as well ..?

I could hit winners out of the 1H BH, but they are few, most of them were faults :?

It seems the serve speed changes from match to match for me... for example, I play Max Botti many times. One match on clay, we're bombing aces against each other, and a later match returns were easy. Maybe it's because of lag, but I doubt it.

The desyncs may have been because of an error in my profile. I had a line at the end:
[0]
Name = 0

Also, sometimes after installing, the [Network] repeats at the bottom of my profile, and I get connection problems with that, as well.

Should I delete previous versions before installing a new build?

The 1-hand backhand seems easier to me, especially down the line. On mishits (where I stand too close to the ball), I hit a short ball that's usually near or on the sideline. It's become an effective shot for me. :)

Also it's still too easy to hit a winner shot on my service (ace), my service skills are at 80% and I hit normally 10/15 aces per set in fast surfaces.

Come on man you are strange or you play some shitty opponents. At first you say that it's not possible to hit winners from onehanded backhand while I have no troubles with it(just same as forehand) and then you come and claim you hit too many aces while I do usually like 4-5 per a set on a fast surface and no, my serve is not that bad. Maybe you are playing Maciek with his evul returns that make you unable to hit winners with backhand and you serve too many aces cuz he tries to guess where you're going to serve and goes in that way? <smiles>

No, I'm not. I'm playing on World Tour, and yes, the slice serve to drive (in right-handed players) is 75% ace.

Ah, you're talking about world tour. I just hope that will not affect online games!

On World Tour, the fast slice serve has always been very effective, since TE '04. I guess it's realistic because if that serve doesn't get aces, no other ones will.

Hi!

I'm so sorry for my stupid question, but I would like to change my game for a newer version, I downloaded ii.
I just want to ask if I install it, what will happen with my world tour result? :?
I don't want to start it from the beginning.

i have noticed one bug, i am not sure if this is just in this new version though.

in world tour mode, wta tour, my player has won a challenger (Sunrise), and went up the ranking to 104. then when the next tournament started (the very next week), the ranking went back to 157, and the Sunrise tournament is not listed in "tournemant won" list in player's profile, however if i go into the Sunrise tournament my player is shown as the one who won the final... but the torunament is obviously not counted...

milos, if u have a saved game in the week before you won the tournament, send it to me.

Abe, you won't lose your saved games, but if you modded the game, you'll have to apply the mods again to load your saved game.

milos, nope, I'd have needed the saved game just before, to see if the bug can be reproduced...

On the next update could you make it where the higher seed in Davis Cup/Fed Cup gets to choose what surface the tie is played on?
