Your offer is very caritative .
Around 1 year ago many modders (megyaem30, rogerfed1, me, inter alia) would thank this, because we made many content with an unofficial version of the game.
Fortunatly, all we got the full game one way or another at that time .

Currently the modding of Tennis Elbow isn't in its best moment, the quantity and the quality of the mods is reducing and the best modders are reducing their yield .
If you really like the game, i would suggest you to buy the game for a friend or relative (or reserve Tennis Elbow 4 when available).

But we exchanged a few emails, and he was correct for 1st time since long time, and if his payment isn't fraudulent like the previous one he did, then he might be allowed to come back on the Forum by end of this year under his original account.
