do I lose any ELO if I don't play for some time? I think I had something like 1365 ELO yesterday and today i have 1351. Am I mistaken or we actually lose some ELO due to lack of play?

no, ELO never goes down with lack of play.
Maybe you got disconnected before the end of your last match.
