Does anyone use a mouse to play? If so, which buttons do what? Thanks.

Hello,

left mouse button = b1
right mouse button = b2
You can see the list of strikes in the in-game help.

Can't find any info in help. What about the middle mouse wheel?

During the game, press "Esc" key, then "Help", then "List of strikes".

Middle mouse button = B1+B2 , and the wheel isn't used during the game.
