I just purchased TE 2013 but as I am still not 18, I did it throught my dad's credit card. However, my key-name is now his name actually, so will this appear in Online gaming or anywhere else and should I care about it and if yes, could you please change it to me (if the answer is yes, I can tell more information about the name I want and stuff)? Thanks in advance.

You don't have to worry, his data won't appear in-game for anybody.
