Hello. I have a problem with installing the latest version of the game. Every time I try to install it crashes at around 90%. Game is playable both offline and online but there is no option to unistall and it can not be found in the Control panel like it's there but not installed. I'll post some pictures of crash and maybe Manutoo or someone could tell me whats this all about. Btw I also tried to install on my laptop with same result. My biggest problem with this is that it also messes up ITST patch installation so I really need this to be fixed. Thanks

Some further informations. I cleaned my PC with CC cleaner, tried to install with firewall turned off and there is no sign of any trojans or viruses. SInce the crash also happens on the laptop it must be something else.

This crashes are normally related to a corrupted file.

It was the first thing I tried. On the 2 different systems. No use.

do you see the signature at start ? (ie: '"publisher : Emmanuel Rivoire"). If not, then the file got corrupted (but normally the installer should refuse to start in such case)
Else, try to reboot your PC, close everything that may be running, and try to install again. If still not ok, turn off your antivirus and try to install again.

Yes it says ''Verified publisher''. Like I said, I tried everything and it always crashes. On 2 different computers with everything turned off. I can play but I don't like the idea of some ghost program running, especially when the only way to delete it to simply delete the game folder. Another thing is that on ITST patch 2d cameras are messed up but that may be a non-related problem. Previous version installed just fine.

It may be creating a conflict with the already installed version.
I would suggest to un-install (in windows control panel) and then install it again from 0.

Then go directly to the folder where you installed the game (''C:\Program Files\Tennis Elbow 2013'' for default) and click in ''uninst''.
After that re-install.

Whenever I click on the tournament name on the weekly news to view the draw, an error appears and says to reinstall the game...

check that you didn't install a program on both your PC & laptop that could interfere with the install process...
