Hello people,

I've been playing doubles these days and I noticed that CPU players were playing reasonably good at the net, even when they lacked points with net attributes. For example, I played against a player with ZERO percent of Net Presence and Backhand Volley, about 4% of forehand volley, and he was able to battle on the net with my CPU partner, which has around 40-50% in all net attributes. Sometimes he would even win the point against my partner. How is that possible?

I'm playing in Junior level. Is anyone experiencing the same?

Hello,

0% in a skill doesn't mean the player can't do anything ; it means he can hit only slower strikes & will do error on more difficult balls, but on easy incoming balls, he'll still be able to play.

Ok, but I felt like he was doing too much. Things like exchanging in a sequence of 7 strikes with my partner on the net, and winning at the end.
Today I played against Ashley Hewitt, from GBR, he had 0% Net Presence, was a Puncher style, and he approached the net around 40% of the points when he was serving. There are Varied-style players who don't come to the net so often. Maybe it's another parameter who defines this, instead of Net Presence?

Opponent's skills + current net success ratio will modify the will of the CPU to rush the net or not.
