What do I have to transfer to carry my career over?

I have Tennis Elbow 2013 for the Mac, and I had a long career saved in my folder when I upgraded to Mavericks. After that, it didn't work. Now that it's fixed, and I have a new copy of it that works, what do I have to replace/move to the new folder for my career to resume? Thanks!
