I don't really get training. Or how to do it. I made an 18 year old player but I keep losing stats, and the experience I gain isn't enough to make it up. I'm not even through my first year yet and I"m significantly worse. Is there something I'm doing wrong?

And take 1 week break between 2 tournaments when you got a lot of XP to spend.

Should I be playing a tournament every week, except for a week off in-between two?

If you go far in each tournament, playing 25 weeks / year might be enough. Adapt your schedule to your available XP points.

So you get less points for playing in higher difficulties? The problem is I am on pro 10 and I don't want to make it easier because the challenge is perfect.
