clarification and ideas

Postby nschulman20 » 11 Mar 2013, 23:33

Hello,

1**Can anyone clarify what the difference is when you select the 'Tiebreak in last set' options? I know the basic 'yes' or 'no' but what is 'master' and how does it apply? Also, how do I get the last set of a match (DOUBLES ONLY) to be a master tiebreak with no actual games played?

2**when selecting when/how the player grunts the options don't seem very clear between 'Also acceleration' and 'All tough strikes' I know the 'Also acceleration' grunts for serve and acceleration; but it seems the same amount of grunts for the 'All tough strikes' option. It would be great if we could change the 'All tough strikes' to be much more limited in the time the player grunts... for example: for the serve; only grunting on acceleration and for groundstrokes; only when it is a truly challenging shot (pulled out wide or on the run, etc.). This would be more realistic to set for AI players that are based on the real life pros that only really grunt as a reaction to extreme exertion as opposed to a habit they do on most strikes.

3** When playing doubles the server's partner should not have their head facing the server (I know the system is set-up to watch the ball while in play; but this is not realistic).

Hello,

1- "Tiebreak in last set : Master" = Master Tiebreak (big surprise ;) )

Before I posted this topic I played a doubles match best of 3 sets match with 'Master' as the tie-breaker option. After splitting the first two sets; the third set was played out like the first two (Did not go right to a tie-breaker). I asked the question because I guessed 'Master' was the option to set the final set to play a tie-breaker and it didn't...

Also, the correct term for this is 'Super Tie-breaker'; so the 'Master' word choice is a little ambiguous.

Can you offer assistance with the other inquiries I raised in my original post?

1- that option is only for Training Club matches, not for World Tour matches

I don't answer to suggestions, but I read them & take into account when choosing the new things I'll work on.
