End of calendar year experience points

Postby wjdygert » 20 Feb 2013, 16:59

Are you supposed to drop a ton of experience points between Paris (or London if you qualified) and your first match of the next calendar year? I've found that I need to play challengers during November/December to avoid dropping skill levels. The matches are all incredibly lopsided and boring, and it's not realistic to have a top ATP player entering these tournaments. Is this how the game is supposed to work, or am I doing something wrong?

Hello,

it's normal ; but if you don't play at all in the last weeks of the year, you'll get an experience bonus, so you'll have more points to spend during your next training.
This bonus is bigger the longer you don't play till new year, up to 7 weeks.

yeah, that's what I do as well. Most of the time I just skip the 7 weeks but I never noticed more bonus exp points.
