to save in TEM, it's easy, you just have to wait for the final version and buy it..!

In the Alpha, it's not possible to save...

Is there no way to save a game already in progress to keep until the game is released, as I have made a good start and would prefer to not have to start the game again.

nope, no way to continue your game with the final version, as it will have much more things than the Alpha... (if you want more info, read the topic here : https://www.managames.com/Forum/ftopic511.php )
