I have two questions:
First, why do players get tired at different rates? And why do those rates sometimes change?
I have four women who all travel first class and stay in five star hotels. I recently tested how tired they get while sparring, and each seems to tire at her own rate. For examples, after sparring nine sets, loss of Long Term Form: Mary Pierce lost 6.8 one time and 8.6 another; Suire and Pitkowski each lost 8.4 (only one test each); and Emily Bouvier (who has Globetrotter) lost 9.1 one time and 9.9 another. Each test was done when the player started at 100% and had exactly twelve hours left in her week, and all were at the same location. There was no significant difference in how quickly they recovered (either 6.7 or 6.6 after three hours of rest).
Second, I just renewed Suire's contract for a third year, and I'm worried. The renewal requires that she be number one in doubles when the contract expires. The problem is that it said she was currently number two. She's not; she's tied with her doubles partner for number one, but listed after her (I assume due to alphabetical order, though there may be some other reason). Am I automatically going to fail at her contract when it expires because the game is arbitrarily placing her below her partner?
