what exactly does each option in the view matches settings mean?

you mean the "View All Matches" menu to see the CPU vs CPU matches ?
I think more options are more or less self-explaining... Which ones you don't understand ?

the enter score option. What does that do or even mean?

when "Enter Score" is on, u'll have a button "Enter Score" in the match screen to allow u to enter the score of the match manually, thus, u can decide who wins. (not sure how useful it is, I did it for a customer who eagerly asked for it... )

Safin, turn the "Advanced Options" on in the "Misc Options" menu, then click on the "View All Matches" button.
