I just noticed that if you are in the Davis Cup with multiple players at different ties, you can practice with them and the coach is also at all three locations simultaneously.

Just something that might want to be changed.

I think I remember I considered that all players would enjoy the country team coach, so even if you don't go with your own coach, you can still do all kind of training.
But if you can train with other coached players that are in another Davis tie, then there's surely something wrong there, and I'll look into this for next update...
