Hello,
ok, you're talking about the "Sponsor.ini" file...
LenghtBonus defines the bonus that you'll get if you go on with the same sponsor for several years ; for example : 1.05 => +5% if 2-year contract; +10.25% for 3 years; +21.55% for 5 years
So the higher, the more money when the contract will be more than 1 year.
WageScale defines the value to scale the default wage. The default wage depends of the reputation.
So the higher, the more money the player will get.
ObjectivePercent defines how much money the player will get on Objective completion. It's a percent of the yearly wage (or of the total wage if contract lasts less than 1 year).
So the higher, the more the player will get when completing an objective.
Examples with Default yearly wage = 1'000'000 :
WageScale = 1
ObjectivePercent = 0.1
==>
Total Wage = 1'000'000
Objective worth = 100'000
WageScale = 0.9
ObjectivePercent = 0.2
==>
Total Wage = 900'000
Objective worth = 180'000
Advantage can take 4 values :
0 = No advantage
1 = Free Equipment
2 = Plane Discount
3 = Hotel Discount
Taxes rate = Sponsor yearly wage / TaxesDiv ; and it's bounded to [10%; 30%], with a 5% step
You cannot set a custom tax rate depending of the sponsor.
The
Money System is stable through all the years of the game, there's no inflation...
