Hello,

What happens if you change the RankPerYear of a player and you've already started a save game? Will that new rank in the edited database be taken into account for that player's development, or will the player's development only be a function of his results in the save game?

Hello,

if you're currently coaching that player, nothing will change.
Else, you'll see his current skills change (you can check in its character sheet).
