I go through the whole select player in both genders for the tour mode, but then I can't get the skills to pop up. Only the background and the check mark appear. Is there something I need to do?

that looks like the kind of bug that would come from Modding the game.
So did you Mod the game ?

If not, try to reinstall it, and if the problem persists, post your System.log after have reached that screen & exited the game.

I did mod, but I only did women's clothes. That's it. Nothing else changed.

Then the problem likely comes from that : if you modified the GameSys.ini, restore the original TE one.

I am using the original TE one. I only put clothes in the Pak01 file.

According to the System.log , you installed a "Menu" mod . I guess it's some HUD, so you should go to check their installation instructions.

I haven't done that. I can show you my Pak, but fine.

"Menu" mod = a mod that you installed in a "Menu" folder, not into a .Pak .
